Self-care looks different for everyone individually. What is thought to be self-care to one person, may be
an everyday practice to another. It is so individualized. It is all about what is important to you. From a hot shower at the end of the day, 5 minutes of prayer/meditation time, or a simple cup of hot coffee, all of these are examples of how you can practice self-care during your day to day. As individuals are becoming more aware of how important self-care is, the question remains for high risk communities is; What about Wellness?
