Dear Reader,
November is here. Time to retreat indoors, unpack the cozy sweaters and start baking our favorite fall recipes. It’s also a time of gratitude. For that reason, it’s a great time of year to extend that gratitude to our bodies. Let’s be grateful to our multiple body systems for all the work they put in all year. With the holiday season upon us, it’s common to indulge in treats and drinks that are not ideal for our health. I’m not one for abstaining from all the goodness, but it’s a great time to amp up the awareness of what we’re putting into our bodies. Also, now is a great time to try new or fall vegetables or try juicing for a good cleanse.
