The term mental wellness is used interchangeably with mental health or mental well-being. Mental wellness does not necessarily mean mental or cognitive processes. Mental wellness describes emotions, our social life, and our overall existential state. Most people like to prioritize their mental health by conducting wholesome activities like meditation, long walks, exercising, dieting, going on a vacation, or listening to music. However, the proper definition of mental wellness is often misinterpreted.
